Well we got there in the end and there was a great turn out  – 39 competitors.  We set out two tests, it  started  a bit damp at the hill, which everyone took a bit slower to start,but the weather was lovely and hot after a hour or so. After the first 4 tests it was very close just a few secs in it, the next 4 tests were off and running and not many were getting the tests wrong!

After a quick stop for lunch to give the marshals a well earn break (many thanks to the Chef Colin) we were back on the go the last for the last 4 tests and once a gain it was very close.
