Opener Slalom 2026
The start of a new years club competition and what a way to get going at Blandford Camp
Again bring some spare tyres, just in case!
Our next event, the Opener Slalom on the 1st November will be the first round of the 2027 club championship. The event will take place at Blandford Camp, Blandford, Dorset, DT11 8RH. ( what3words dabbling.tripped.pills ).
Please Note:
No 4WD vehicles allowed.
The closing date for entries is TUESDAY 27th October 2026. Because of security at the camp, a gate list containing names, addresses and vehicles of all personnel attending the event must be given to the camp on Wednesday 28th October 2026. For this reason no late entries/extra people can be added to the list.
Please ensure you include the Make, Model and Registration number of the vehicle you will be driving to the event on your entry form
The entry fee is £45.00 up to and including Tuesday 20th October. From Wednesday 21st October until the closing date on Tuesday 27th October , the entry fee is £50.00.
Don’t forget to apply for your 2026 B&DCC club membership and your MSUK competition licence for the driver and passenger before the event.

Competitors and marshals sign on using the same link on the Sapphire App. Just follow the instructions, enter your information as requested and indicate whether you are an entrant or marshal. After you have finished entering the event, click on the entry list and from here you can pay using the PayPal button. Alternatively, you are able to pay by BACs using the drivers name as reference (sort code: 30-96-73 account number: 03026022 account name: Bournemouth & District Car Club Ltd)
