The second sprint of the year took place at Clay Pigeon Raceway on Sunday 27th September.
In usual style, the weather at this venue ensured things were not as consistent as everyone would like.
A slightly damp start on the track allowed drivers to get use to their cars sliding around on some of the corners.
The track dried off for a bit then the rain came which again made for interesting and demanding handling when putting the power down!
Unfortunately there were a couple of off’s into the track barriers, fortunately no one was hurt and the cars survived in mostly one piece to run again.
Many thanks to Aaron who organised the event and all the marshals and officials without whom these events could not take place.
Attached are a few pictures from the start line.
